Cancellation and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Innovation Scaleup Advisors for your consulting, advisory services, and educational offerings.  This Cancellation and Return Policy document sets out the general principles followed by Innovation Scaleup Advisors Private Limited (“ISA”) applicable to all its customers for its different services and education programs.  ISA shall strive to provide high-quality services and educational experiences.  This Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations can be made.  Please note that when a statement of work (SoW) or engagement letter (EL) is signed with a specific client for specific services and engagements, the terms of that agreement supersede the terms of this document.

 

1. Consulting and Advisory Services

 

1.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Period: Clients may cancel a consulting or advisory engagement by providing written notice at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total engagement fee will be charged.

1.2 Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: If a cancellation is made under the above policy, any fees paid (less the cancellation fee) will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the engagement has commenced or for clients who do not fulfill the agreed-upon engagement expectations.

 

2. Educational Offerings

 

2.1 Workshops, Certificate Courses, and Webinar Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Period: Participants may cancel their registration for workshops or webinars by providing written notice at least seven calendar days before the event.
  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within the notice period of the event will not incur any cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the notice period of the event shall incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the registration fee.

2.2 Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: If a cancellation is made in accordance with the above policy, any fees paid (less applicable cancellation fees) will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course has commenced or for participants who do not attend scheduled sessions.

 

3. Transfer Policy

 

All ISA services and educational offerings are non-transferable and meant only for registered customer representatives and users. However, in exceptional conditions, when agreed upon in the specific engagement letters, such agreements prevail over this general principle.

 

 

4. Force Majeure

 

Innovation Scaleup Advisors shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government action, labor disputes, or any other unforeseen events.

6.  Effective Date

This Policy shall come into force from the 14th October, 2024.
